About Us

This firm was established in 1993, serving all of Pinellas, Hillsborough and neighboring counties.   

Our practices primarily in estate and tax planning, closely held business planning, the administration of estates and trusts, tax return preparation, and planning for IRA and other qualified retirement plan distributions. In addition, we maintain an active practice in tax controversies, both administrative and with the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Correa has served as a presiding judge with The Florida Bar Moot Court Competition, sponsored by the Tax Section of the Florida Bar, for the past few years and he has lectured extensively to community groups on estate and business planning.

Mr. Correa has been actively involved with representing different private charitable organizations in the local community.

Gerard Correa, P.A., represents individuals and institutions in all aspects of estate and trust related matters and tax matters, both in federal and state jurisdictions and beneficiary and fiduciary controversies. The firm is committed to delivering quality legal services in a timely and efficient manner. The firm's experience includes simple estate plans where taxes are not an issue, tax planning for married couples, estate tax savings through gifting and sales techniques, generation-skipping tax planning, charitable gifting alternatives and trust administration. The firm will also provide assistance with litigating counsel of a client's own choice regarding testamentary litigation. In addition to the St. Petersburg office, the firm also has a satellite office located at 2505 Enterprise Road, Clearwater, FL. 33763.

Our clients include individuals, families, corporations, individual fiduciaries, and trust and estate beneficiaries with regard to estate and business planning, the preparation of federal and estate tax returns, and examinations of the same.
